5. Photos & Site Images
Photos you upload are used solely to assess your site and prepare an accurate quote. We may use completed project images in our gallery or marketing with your permission, but will never publish photos that identify your property without your consent.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can also opt out of future communications by contacting us. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Data Retention
We retain enquiry and project records for the duration required to fulfil our contractual obligations and to meet QBCC record-keeping requirements. After this period, we securely destroy or de-identify your information.
