Initial Enquiry
You reach out via our instant quote tool, contact form or a quick phone call. We ask a few key questions about your project type, boundary length and rough timing so we can prepare for the site visit.
Free Site Assessment
Chris visits your property to measure the boundary, assess soil type, slope and access, and discuss material and style options. This is obligation-free and usually takes 30–45 minutes.
Fixed-Price Written Quote
Within 48 hours you receive a detailed, itemised quote covering materials, labour, removal and any engineering requirements. The price is fixed — no hidden costs or surprise add-ons.
Material Ordering & Scheduling
Once you accept, we order your materials (BlueScope Colorbond, Australian-standard timber or concrete sleepers) and lock in your installation dates. You'll get a clear schedule up front.
Site Preparation & Construction
We arrive on the agreed date, remove any existing fence, clear and set the line, drill and concrete the posts, and install your fence or wall to specification. Clean, methodical, on time.
Handover & Warranty
We walk you through the finished work, clean the site thoroughly, and provide your written workmanship warranty along with any engineering certifications. You're covered long after we leave.
